Senior Citizens Center
The J.L. Clay Center is a non-profit organization for Williamson County residents 50 years of age and older. Solid Waste Department
The Solid Waste Department is responsible for the collection and disposal of all residential, commercial, yard and bulk waste within Franklin city limits to ensure the health, welfare, safety and sanitation of our community.
