- Recycling Division This division is responsible for the Blue Bag Recycling Program which services residential customers within the city limits of Franklin. The Recycling Division does Not accept glass, Styrofoam or non- recyclable household waste.
- Disposal Division This division is responsible for transporting waste to an approved landfill. The waste is brought into our facility by our city refuse trucks and also private haulers. The brush that is collected is ground and used by the City of Franklin Parks Department in area parks and the balance is taken to the county landfill where it is used in their process at no charge to the city.
