The Operations Division of the Franklin Fire Department provides:
Operations personnel operate on a 24-hour on-duty 48-hour off-duty schedule. A Battalion Chief serves as shift commander while Captains and Lieutenants at each station manage a crew consisting of engineers and firefighters.
