Liability and Insurance

The City of Franklin Parks requires that any groups or individuals provide the City with a Certificate of Liability Insurance (naming the City of Franklin as Additional Insured on an Acord 25 (2010/05) form and as the Certificate Holder and the endorsements pages that explain the coverage of the Addtional Insured) in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 as a condition of the using any city owned park facility or parkland for any program, special event, or production.

Insurance can be obtained through many sources including homeowner's policies, business policies and insurance companies specializing in event insurance. Please call the Programming Division for further assistance at 615 794-2103.
