Completeness Review

The Department of Planning and Sustainability, or other applicable Department, only initiates the review and processing of an application submitted under the Zoning Ordinance if the application is determined to be complete as outlined in the applicable review body bylaws.

Applications will be deemed incomplete if they are missing one or more essential components as identified on the Application’s pre-app checklist or checklist.

Applications will also be deemed incomplete if the submittal contains technical deficiencies that are so numerous or substantial that the submittal is too incomplete or illegible for the staff to determine if the applicable minimum requirements are being met.
