Project Description

On August 13, 2019, BOMA approved “Resolution 2019-68, A Resolution To Adopt The Project List For The FY 2019-2028 CIP”.  The Church Street Improvements Project was approved at an estimate of $11,231,644. On November 12, 2019, BOMA approved a professional services agreement with CT Consultants, Inc., COF Contract No. 2019-0280, for the Preliminary/Functional Design of the required Church Street improvements. CT Consultants prepared "high-level" functional roadway and utility plans for the project area.  The anticipated improvements include new water and sanitary sewer upgrades, a new 60-inch storm sewer system (proposed to help with a future Parkview area drainage improvements project), relocation of aerial utilities into underground duct banks, new roadway storm sewer infrastructure, new ADA compliant sidewalks, and upgraded decorative street lighting.
